How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email, and follow the reset link sent to you.

Can I use this on my phone?

Yes! DistributionFlow works on any device - smartphone, tablet, or computer. Your sales reps can use it in the field.

How do I add more users?

Go to Settings → Team, click "Add Staff Member" and send them an invite. They'll receive an email to create their account.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is preserved for 90 days after cancellation. You can export all your data anytime before that.

Do you offer training?

Yes! All plans include video tutorials. Business and Enterprise plans get personalized onboarding sessions.

Can I track multiple warehouses?

Multi-warehouse tracking is available on the Enterprise plan. Contact us to discuss your needs.

How secure is my data?

We use bank-level encryption (SSL/TLS) and host on secure cloud servers. Your data is backed up daily.

Can I export my reports?

Yes! All reports can be exported to Excel or PDF format for easy sharing and record-keeping.
